At hemma we decided to focus on a single product — the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered — in its fullest and most popular configuration. This focus lets us know every bolt in the chair, keep stock available, give precise advice and support you throughout the entire warranty period.
Parallel import — what does it mean for you?
Parallel import is the lawful import into Israel of original products outside the brand's official importer. We buy the chairs new, in their original packaging, from authorized dealers abroad, import them lawfully and pay all applicable taxes.

Good to know: because we are not the official importer, the official importer or the manufacturer's representatives in Israel may not provide service or a warranty for chairs bought from us. That is why we give our own full 3-year warranty and keep spare parts in stock. Full details in the warranty certificate.
How to recognize an original chair
- A Herman Miller production label under the seat, with a serial number and manufacturing date.
- The Herman Miller logo embossed on the base and on the tilt mechanism.
- Pellicle mesh with a uniform pattern and distinct tension zones.
- Original carton packaging with the manufacturer's configuration sticker.
