Cancellations and returns

How to cancel an order and get a refund — in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

This policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2011.

Right to cancel

You may cancel a purchase made on the site within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the transaction details document — whichever is later.

Senior citizens (age 65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years from receiving immigrant status) may cancel within 4 months of receiving the product, provided that the transaction included a conversation (including by electronic communication), subject to presenting a suitable document.

How to cancel

Notify us of the cancellation in one of the following ways, stating your full name, ID number and order number:

Cancellation not due to a defect

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and in the condition in which it was received.
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower will be charged.
  • The cost of returning the product to us is borne by the customer. You can return it to the warehouse yourself, or arrange collection through us at a cost that will be stated in advance (according to the courier's price list).
  • If the product is returned damaged, used in a way that reduced its value, or without its packaging, we reserve the right to claim the loss in value as the law permits.

Cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity or non-delivery

If the product arrived defective, different from its description on the site, or was not delivered on time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and we will collect the product at no cost and refund the full payment.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase, subject to the product being returned. For a transaction paid in installments, the future installments will be cancelled accordingly.

Exchange

The site sells a single configuration of the chair. If you want a different configuration (size, color or casters), you can cancel the transaction under the terms above, or contact us to check the availability of a special order.

Nothing here detracts from consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations. In any case of conflict, the provisions of the law prevail.
