Herman Miller Aeron Chair FAQ
Didn't find your answer? Talk to us — we're available by phone and WhatsApp.
Is the chair original?
Yes. We sell only original, brand-new Herman Miller Aeron Remastered chairs, in the manufacturer's original packaging, purchased from authorized dealers abroad. Every chair carries Herman Miller's production label and serial number.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers repair or replacement of any component that is defective because of a manufacturing or material fault — the tilt mechanism, the gas cylinder, the mesh, the arms, PostureFit SL, the base and the casters — including parts and labor, under reasonable use. Full details are on the warranty page.
How do I know that Size B fits me?
Size B is the most common size and suits most users who are about 157–183 cm (5'2"–6'0") tall and weigh up to 159 kg (350 lbs). If you are near the edge of the range, talk to us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
Are the casters suitable for parquet / tiles?
Our configuration comes with carpet casters — hard casters designed for carpet. On a hard floor (parquet, wood, tiles) we recommend a chair mat or switching to hard-floor casters. Contact us and we'll be happy to advise.
How long does delivery take?
Home delivery within 3–7 business days to most of Israel. The chair arrives in its original carton, and delivery to Eilat and remote communities may take a little longer. We deliver within Israel only.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — up to 12 interest-free installments on a credit card. You receive a tax invoice as required by law for every purchase (businesses included).
Does the chair need assembly?
Assembly is minimal: insert the gas cylinder into the base, insert the casters into the base and place the chair on the cylinder — no tools, in about 5 minutes.
What is the difference between the classic Aeron and the Remastered?
The Aeron Remastered (2016) keeps the iconic silhouette, but adds the 8Z Pellicle mesh with 8 tension zones, an advanced PostureFit SL, a smoother Harmonic 2 Tilt mechanism, new finishes and a high share of recycled materials.
What is a parallel importer, and how is it different from the official importer?
We are a parallel importer — not the official Herman Miller importer in Israel, and we are not affiliated with the manufacturer or the official importer. The product is exactly the same, but the warranty is provided by us and not by the manufacturer or the official importer. That is why we give a 3-year full warranty and direct service from our team.
