Comfortly Ergonomics Ltd (the “Company”) respects the privacy of the Site's users and acts in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, including Amendment No. 13 and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017.
1. What information we collect
- Information you provide: name, phone, email, delivery address, invoice details (including a company registration number for businesses) and the content of customer-service inquiries.
- Payment details: credit card details are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the payment processor Tranzila for the sole purpose of making the charge and are not stored by us. Only the last 4 digits of the card and the approval number are kept, for the invoice.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and browsing times — through cookies and similar tools, subject to your consent.
You are not legally required to provide the information, but without contact and delivery details we cannot complete your order.
2. Purposes of use
- Handling orders, delivery, issuing invoices and providing warranty service.
- Answering inquiries and contacting you about an order.
- Improving the Site and the user experience, and aggregated statistical analysis.
- Sending advertising material — only if you gave explicit consent, and in accordance with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Complying with legal requirements and preventing fraud.
3. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell your information. It may be shared only with parties needed to provide the service:
- The payment processor Tranzila (to process the payment)
- The invoicing system SUMIT (to issue a tax invoice/receipt and email it to you)
- The order and inventory management system StoreChart (to handle the order and delivery)
- The courier company (name, phone and address, for delivery)
- Hosting, email and customer-management providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality
- Competent authorities, where required by law
Some service providers may store information outside Israel, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Abroad).
4. Cookies
The Site uses cookies for:

The Site is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to information is limited to authorized employees and suppliers. Even so, no system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion.
6. Your rights
- To review the information we hold about you (Section 13 of the Law).
- To request correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date (Section 14 of the Law).
- To ask to be removed from a mailing list at any time.

7. Retention
Order information is kept for the period needed to provide warranty service and to meet legal requirements (including tax law), and is then deleted or anonymized.
