Comfortly Ergonomics Ltd places great importance on providing equal and accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities.   • A semantic structure of headings, landmarks and lists suited to screen readers.
  • Full keyboard navigation, including a “Skip to main content” link and a clear focus indicator.
  • Alternative text for images and labels for all buttons and form fields.
  • Color contrast ratios that meet the standard's requirements.
  • Support for zooming up to 200% without loss of content.
  • Respect for the operating system's “reduce motion” setting, and the option to stop the background video.
  • YouTube videos load only after a click, and captions can be turned on in the YouTube player.
  • An accessibility menu (the blue button at the side of the screen) that allows: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, a readable font, stopping animations and grayscale display.

The Site is adapted to the current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and for use with common screen readers.

Service accessibility arrangements

Service is provided on the Site, by phone, on WhatsApp and by email. The Company has no branch open to the public; self-pickup is by prior arrangement and, where needed, we will come to you with the product.
