Delivery cost
Delivery is free for every order, to any destination in Israel that the courier reaches. In exceptional cases (communities with limited access) we will contact you in advance to arrange it.
We deliver within Israel only.

Delivery times are counted from the day the order and payment are confirmed and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays. A product marked “pre-order” will be delivered on the date stated on the product page and in the order confirmation. If there is a delay we will let you know immediately, and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
How delivery works
- The courier will arrange the arrival time with you in advance by phone or text message.
- Delivery is to your front door. For a building without an elevator — up to the third floor at no extra charge; beyond that by prior arrangement.
- The chair arrives in Herman Miller's original carton (total weight about 23 kg).
- Check that the packaging is intact at handover. If the packaging is damaged, photograph it and report it to us within 48 hours.
Assembly
The chair arrives mostly assembled. You only need to attach the casters to the base, insert the gas cylinder into the base and place the chair body on the cylinder — no tools, in about 5 minutes. Prefer that we assemble it for you? Say so in the order notes.
Self-pickup
You can arrange self-pickup from our warehouse at 2 Chaim Adam St., Tel Aviv once you receive confirmation that the order is ready. Note that this is a warehouse only; there is no showroom on site.
